Includes project estimation as well as on site supervision of various trades including partitioning, painting, glazing, electrical, mechanical, floor treatments, joinery, telephone, data, plumbing, fire protection, security, removalist. Payment approval, placing of orders, retention.

We cross check all the drawings and pay particular attention to individual drawings to make sure nothing is missed, we provide project estiments and then tender the individual trades. We evaluate tenders and make recommendations, place orders and process contractor invoices. We make sure statutory approvals are in place, and check relevant insurance's of all sub contractors.


During construction, daily inspections are made on site to check progress and clarify any challenges which may arise.

On completion of the work a defects list is prepare in consultation with the client and immediately effected and if any problems arise they are promptly fixed.

Finally, as constructed drawings are produced for future reference.
